Dispatch Time
All our products are handmade to order, therefore shipping time is normally 3-7 working days after your order has been placed (exluding public holidays, and bindery closedown over the Christmas period). Shipping time can sometimes be quicker or slightly longer depending on workload in our hand bindery and availability of stock. If you require a quicker turnaround please contact us via info@bespokealbumcompany.com before placing your order.
UK Shipping
Once complete, your order will be shipped via APC Overnight next day courier for delivery by 16:00pm Monday to Friday only, this is a fully tracked service and will require a signature upon delivery. We can also add a note to the consignment to deliver the parcel to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you're not going to be at home. Track your parcel here using your consignment number and delivery postocde. Delivery time to some areas including the Scottish Borders, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may be a 2-5 day service depending on postcode area.

APC Overnight are unable to deliver to a PO Box or a BFPO Box.
International Shipping
Once complete, your order will be shipped via a fully tracked International Courier, and will normally arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch depending on country location. Customs and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your Post Office for further information on receiving international parcels. If you have ordering more than one item it’s possible we may pack and ship larger items individually to avoid them being damaged in transit. Photo Accessories
If purchased separately from your album, photo mounts, photo corners and tape are shipped via standard 1st Class Royal Mail or standard international mail.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order we would appreciate you contact us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours. After this period your order will have been processed and passed to our craft binders.
Returns
- All our products are handmade to order and packed with the greatest care, therefore we don’t expect returns unless the error is on our part, or the item is damaged in transit or faulty.
- If the product is damaged or faulty please contact us before returning any goods.
- In the unlikely event the error is on our part, or you receive a faulty product we will replace the item for you or refund the cost of the item as well as the postage.
- Return shipping costs and refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection of the item.
- The Bespoke Album Company is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in return transit.
- Please ensure all items are returned and well packed in the original packaging as damaged good will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or old shipping addresses provided with the order.
- We are not responsible for parcels being delayed due to strike action, or customs delays.
- DDP (delivery duty paid) of $14CAD per order will be included at checkout for Canadian Customers to expedite the shipping process.
- We cannot accept any product back outside of the 30 day policy.
